He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Weaver and June Weaver (Cotting); his brother William Weaver; and his daughter Christine Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Weaver (Leffingwell); and his children, Catherine Dachisen, Victor Weaver III (Kelly), James Weaver, Kelly Charboneau (Scott) and Chad Weaver (Lindsay). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and extended family.
