It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd L. Locke of Spring Hill, Florida, who passed away on April 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Candy; his brothers, James Locke, Jr. and Michael Locke; and his mother Llewellyn Locke.
