Kelly Sr.; his grandparents, William Burris, Ethel Rodocker Burris of Indiana, Thomas Kelly and Catherine Joseph Bailey Kelly of St. John's Newfoundland; his sister Barbara Burris Jakes; his wife Nancy Elam-Kelly; and his children, Lee Miller, Angela, Julie, Diane and Rebekah. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
