He is survived by: his sister Patricia Wozniak; his spouse Bev; and his children, Lisa Wilson, Michael Davis, Tommy Guire, Ken Davis, Mindi Reynolds, Sharon Davis, Brooke, Lily, Amber, Sadie, Kylie (Dave), Traci Bugasch, Elisha, Abigail, Nehemiah, Daniel, Caleb and Esther (Dan).

Memorial contributions can be made in Tom's memory, childhood cancer was especially upsetting to him, so Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer has been chosen.
