He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Connie Madden (Mike), Gaye Giddings (Dorance) and Lindsay Woodworth (Shawn); his stepchildren, Marimae Miller and Richard Miller (Robyn); and his siblings, Ramona Kuyrkendall, Harold (Norma), Ron and Kenny Woodworth (Maxine). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
