He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Merritt and Maude Mae (Gallimore); and his siblings, Herbert Merritt and Arlene Luecke. He is survived by: his daughters, Diane, Debbie and Lindsay (Logan Adamczak); his grandchild Jamie; his wife Avis (Keene); and his children, Mike Dahl, Chrissy (Dahl), David, Justin, Parker, Matthew and Hailey. He is also survived by his family and friends.
