He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hoffman and Elizabeth Hoffman (Liptok); and his siblings, Doris, Chuck, Carol and Bud.
He is survived by: his wife Irene J. Hoffman (Vernosky); his children, Shawn M. Hoffman (Clair) of Lake Ridge, VA and Sheri A. Grabert (Jason Grabert) of Spring Hill, FL; his grandson Preston Richard Hoffman (Nalleli); his sister Clare Batman; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Huffman and Sharon Vernosky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
