He is survived by: his wife Karolina Nowak; his children, Daniel, Brian, Patrick and Leah Dudek; his grandson Lucas Dudek; his parents, Maria Dudek and Stanislaw Dudek; his sister Monika Pomykacz; his niece Maria Dudek; and his nephew Stanislaw Dudek.
