He was predeceased by: his father Martin Monroe Sr.; and his siblings, Josephine "Terry" Burkert, Martin Jr., Michael and Robert Monroe.
He is survived by: his significant other Mother Josephine Monroe; his children, Jamie Monroe and Shannon Walton; and his grandchildren, Colby, Morgan, Haley and Sadie. He is also survived by son to his parents, a protective and devoted father to his children.
