He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Leo and Teresa Leo (Bifulco); and his brothers, Joseph and Michael Leo. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his children, Nicholas Leo III (Crystal) of Grand Island, NY, Christopher Leo (Tanya) of New Auburn and Madonna Walker (Christopher) of Lockport, NY.; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jaelyn, Haley, Madeline, Dominic, Andrew and Gianna; his great grandchild Elias; his sisters, Mary Wenum (Robert) and Karen Kawalec (James); and his sister-in-law Michelle Leo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
