He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Cotter and Joan Cotter; his brother Daniel Cotter of Sunbury, PA; his niece Sarah Kemble (Trey) of Millersburg, PA.; and his cousin Jo-Ann Falcone of Mays Landing, NJ. He was also cherished by many loving cousins, previous neighbors and friends.
