He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Mann; his children, Carl E. Mann and Debra Davis; his stepchildren, Don Jackson and Cynthia Samples; and his brother Albert Mann Jr.. He is also survived by many grandchildren; as well as many great-grandchildren.
