He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Mintz; and his parents, Seymour Mintz and Annabelle Mintz (Shainker). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Mintz (Kenney); his daughter Apryl Carritt (Mintz); his son-in-law Jason Carritt; his grandson Jacob Carritt; and his sister Jesi Hanna (Mintz).
