He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fetzer and Olive Fetzer; his wife Mary Edith Fetzer; his son William Dean Fetzer; and his brother Leroy Fetzer.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Louise Freemire of Spring Hill, Timothy Raymond Fetzer of Florida and Willis Daniel Fetzer of Kansas; and his siblings, Ted, Joe, Paul, Larry Fetzer, Marion Shultzaburger and Carol Yurick. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
