She was predeceased by: her husband Robert F. Welch; her children, Robert F. Welch Jr. (Debbie) and Betty Ann Welch; and her grandson Michael Sass. She is survived by: her son Ron Welch; her sister Barbara Foster (Charlie); her nephew Charlie Foster; her grandchildren, Billy, Kerri, Bonnie, Leanne, Tom, Barbara, Bobby, Jessica, Brenden and Sydnee; and her great grandchildren, Dalton, Madison, Haley, Makayla, Claire, Liam, William, Cosmo, Robert III, Brianna and Jaylee.
