He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kelly and Ina Kelly; and his siblings, Jerry, Jimmy and Tammy.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Kelly; his children, Bryon Kelly (Bethany) of Clarksville, TN and Crystal Kelly Wescoat (Todd) of Holiday, FL; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Vanessa Kelly, Casey and Cameron Wescoat.
