He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bush and Ruth Anna Bush; and his brother Ron Bush. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lynn Bush; his children, Ken M. Bush, John A. Bush and Cheryl A. Schug (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kirsten Keller-Biehl (Lucas), Jenny Schug, Collin Bush and Elizabeth Bush; his great grandchild Forrest Keller–Biehl; and also Marla Hirt. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
