She is survived by: her husband Charles Frederick O'Brien; her children, Kenneth Allen Ennis (Kim Kelly Ennis) and Connie Leigh Ennis Wondergem; her stepson Omar O'Brien (Kevin); her sister Joy Lee Butler Clayton (Richard Thomas Clayton); her grandchildren, Kenneth Nelson Ennis (Leeza Puckett Ennis) and Caitlyn Grace Wondergem; and her nieces and nephews, Ryan Clayton, Kyle Butler, Alyson Clayton Holt and Kayleigh Butler.
