She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sebastian and Maryetta Sebastian; and her brother Dwayne Sebastian. She is survived by: her husband Mike Kobak; her children, Charbee Lightfield (Adam Balderson), Zachary Lightfield (Tanvi) and Amber Lightfield; her grandchildren, Dayton, Loxley and Lukah; her sisters, Patti Goffe (Brian) and Bethany Sebastian; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Sebastian (Preston). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
