She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garland and Helen Garland (Sandusky); and her siblings, Kenneth Garland, Berrnard Garland, Victor Sandusky and Sandee Keith.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin E. Strang; her children, Danita Balaska, Michael Strang (Kathy), Darlene Amodeo (Jeff) and Dana Kimmel; her grandchildren, Keri Balaska, Michael Balaska, Kalee Kukonik, Brandi Allen, Shayna Watson, Jessica Clark, Richard Kimmel, Joseph Kimmel, Samantha Barker and Brittany Kimmel; and her brothers, Donald Garland of Amity, PA and Ronald DeMillion of Largo Florida. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the James C. Stump Funeral Home (580 Circle Dr, Belle Vernon, PA 15012).
