She was predeceased by: her husband Paul W. Neuber. She is survived by: her children, Keith A. Neuber of Florssant, Missouri and Cheryl D.; her son-in-law Joseph Selig of Spring Hill, Florida; and her brothers, Russell Lyons of Highland, Herbert Lyons Jr. of Bellingham and Kenneth Lyons of Lake City, Florida. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
