He was predeceased by: his parents, Serafin Goulart and Maria Goulart (Moitoso). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Goulart (Carvalho); his children, Joseph Goulart (Maria) of Spring Hill, FL and Lisa Goulart of Rumford; his granddaughters, Nichole Alexopoulos, Samantha Goulart and Kayla Goulart; and his brother Fred Goulart (Betty) of Pawtucket.
