He was predeceased by: his parent John Kovarik; and his wife Betty Joan Kovarik. He is survived by: his parent Anna Riska Kovarik; his daughters, Nancy Pauly (Bob), Debbie Brower (Rich), Elizabeth Motzenbecker (Jim) and Maryann Wolf; and his sister Helen Kovar. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
