She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chodkowski and Alice Chodkowski; her former husband Harry R. Billings; and her husband William G. Monaghan. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Billings and Tracy Weiss (Michael); her sister Marcie Martineau; her grandchildren, Colby and Josephine; and her pet Angel Baby. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
