She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Petelin and Frances Petelin; and her husband Paul Jaquays. She is survived by: her children, Lance Welch (Helena), Shawn Welch, Branden Jaquays, Jennifer DeCarlis (Michael) and Bridget Jaquays (Chris); her grandchildren, JJ, Kahlan, Landon Welch, Marissa, Alexis DeCarlis and Brady; and her siblings, Veronica Baum (David), Mary Laubenstein (Richard) and Louis Petelin (Theresa). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
