She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerard Richard and Therese Richard (Bazile); her aunts, Anesta Moliere and Celeste Nau; her cousin Raymond Moise; and her brother-in-law Emmanuel Joseph Simon.
She is survived by: her husband Jean Jamil Rousseau; her children, Marie Robinson (Cliff) and Kathia Richard-Rousseau; her grandchildren, Timothy, D'Angelo, Rashard, Jamar, Janelle and Axton; her sister Claudette Simon; her nieces and nephews, Milcah, Jethro, Winnifred and Pierre; her great-nieces, Ashaniah, Destinee, Deana, Delaina and Lailah; and also Journee.
