He is survived by: his parents, Michael and Carol; his daughter Evelyn Rose; his siblings, Adam (Brittany), Bobby, Eric, Ashley (Grant) and Brittany (Conner); his grandparents, Josephine, Judith and Walter (Laverne); his aunt Amber (John); and his uncles, Pat, Bob (Joanne) and Walter (Trina). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, as well as the brothers.
