He is survived by: his wife Tracy Rowe of Spring Hill, FL; and his children, Fred Rowe, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Gainesville, FL, Daryl Rowe, LaJuan Rowe of Atlanta, GA and Beverly Rowe-Bond of Gainesville, FL. He is also survived by other relatives and caring friends.
