She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Ester; her parents, Margaret Bolin and Owen Bolin; and her sister Marie Bolin. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Grimes; her son-in-law Rick Grimes; and her grandson Ricky Grimes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
