He is survived by: his wife Pauline "Polly" Eddy Wiggins; his children, Margaret Dino (Larry), Everett Earl Wiggins III (Karen), Teresa Kruse (Rob), Rosanna Wiggins Rainbolt, Theresa Merriam (Matt), Woody Wiggins and Terry Rutledge (Donna); his grandchildren, Neil Dino (Andrea), Megan Pagett (Tyler), Michael, Kristi Wiggins, Alexa, Ben Kruse, Kayla, Stephanie Rainbolt, Matthew, Taylor Merriam, Skye, Lily Wiggins, Christine Cardena (Ruben) and Tonya Rutledge; his great grandchildren, Noah, Julian Rutledge, Emitt, Carter Rainbolt and Brooklyn Pagett; and his brothers, Victor Wiggins (Rosemary), Perry Wiggins and Tom Wiggins (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
