He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dunham of Spring Hill; his daughter Lisa Caputo (Joe) of Spring Hill; his grandchildren, Logan Caputo and Kaley Morrissey (Kyle) of Spring Hill; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Amelia Morrissey; and his siblings, Tommy Thomas (Mary) of Tennessee, His, Travis Dunham of Tennessee, His, Jean Huddleston (Butch) of Tennessee, Lucille Johnson (Melvin) of Campbellsville and Louise Stearman (Wayne) of Campbellsville.
