He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Kelley; his siblings, Florence Bryner and John Kelley (Norma); his children, David Kelley, III (Judy) and Pam Couchenour (Bill); his grandchildren, Melissa Buckley (John), Billy Couchenour (Anna-Lise), David Kelley, IV (Jennifer) and Kristi Couchenour; his great grandchildren, Nolan Buckley and Meredith Buckley; his niece Susan Taylor (Rob); and his nephews, Tim (Paula) and Paul Bryner (Debbie).
