He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy A. Richardson (Halpin); his parents, Percy Richardson and Christena Richardson (MacKinnon); his granddaughter Heather Mayer; and his siblings, John, Harold, Edward, Ralph and Pearl Richardson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna (William Mayer), Judith (Kevin Carey), Joan Lamoureux and Dorothy (Rene Desmarais); his sister Eleanor Silva; his sisters-in-law, Carol Decker (Halpin) and Ida Richardson; his grandchildren, Shawn (Kelly Carey), Ryan Carey, Kristie (Brian Humeston), Kimberly Desmarais, Audrey (Charles Hollinger Mark) and Patricia Fahey; and his great grandchildren, Brianna, Tyler, Mason, Madison, Ramona, Luke and Matthew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and several close family friends.
