She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph Holacik; her daughter Brianne Holacik; her grandchildren, Joseph, Faye and Peyton; her brother Jack Chamberlain; her nephew Jack Jr.; and her aunt Madaleen Kaman Lazowsky. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
