It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Thomas Powers in Spring Hill, Florida, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Powers and Willa Powers; and his wife Shirley Jo Powers. He is survived by: his significant other Evelyn Grauer; his grandchildren, Brandon Jones, Delaney Jones, Jordan Fraser, Anslee Fraser, Brenna Fraser, Jack Lord and Emma Lord; his great grandchild Isaiah Stanley; his brothers, Jack Powers (Mary Ann) and Paul Powers (Laurie); and also, Scott Powers (Michele), Shannon Powers-Jones (Scott), Thomas Fraser (Cristal) and Michael Lord. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to a local organization.
