He was predeceased by: his wife Ursula Frances Swoboda; his brother Jack Swoboda (Georgia); and his granddaughter Elizabeth "Lizzy" Swoboda. He is survived by: his children, Mark Swoboda (Jen), Steven Swoboda (Renee), Tim Swoboda (Kelly), Maureen Swoboda (Fred Sacco), Jeff Swoboda (Tamara), Rebecca Culbertson (Chris) and Tina Anderson (Noel). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
