She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentin Horinek and Genevieve Horinek; her former husband Joseph Humenik; her daughter Kathleen Reed; and her husband Edward Antolak.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Humenik (Nancy) of Naperville Illinois; her son-in-law Robert Reed of Pristine Place, FL; her daughter Linda Niezabitowski (Richard) of Chicago Illinois; her sister Irene (Carl Baechtold); and her grandchildren, David (Evon), Dianna (John), Paul (Mary), Brian (Victoria), Steven (Nicola), Sarah (Brian), Daniel (Sara), Anna (Jeffrey) and Rebecca. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
