He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis S. Taylor and MaryAnn G. Taylor; and his siblings, Kevin Taylor and Shirley Taylor-Prakelt. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Illingworth; his children, Kerrie Harper (Keith Harper) and Brian Taylor (Danielle Taylor); his brother Kenneth Taylor (Maria Taylor); and his granddaughters, Katharine Harper, Kendall Harper and Zoey Taylor.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
