He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Phipps and Lacy Phipps; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Brian (Alyse) and Krista (Troy); his grandchildren, Alexis, Chad, Dylan and Devin; and his siblings, Glenna Neff and Darrell Phipps (Susan).
