He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Calvin Miller (Michael), Curt Miller (Karen), Carolyn Bouchard (Brett) and Christopher Miller (Ana); his stepdaughter Joella Doobrow (Ivan); his grandchildren, Brian Miller (Emily), Patrick Miller (Sarah), Sean Miller (Catie), Christopher Miller, Taylor Koebel (Josh), Calvin Crocker, Catherine Crocker, Justin Miller, Carolann Miller, Alana Doobrow, Jenna Doobrow, Austin Bouchard and Nico Bouchard; his great grandchild Charlie Miller; and his siblings, Bruce Miller (Mary), Marilyn Soules and Judy Jurewicz.
