He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin and Dora of Chicago, IL.; his wife Esther Kogan; his sons, Barry (Cheryl) of Albany and Mark (Patti) of Orinda; his grandchildren, Rebecca Tupuritis (Robert) of Chicago, Sarah Benedetti (Michael) of Wakefield, Rachel Kogan of New Haven, CN and Jacob Kogan of Berkeley, CA.; his great grandchildren, Dean Benedetti, Beau Benedetti of Wakefield, Emina, Oliver and Nathan Tupuritis of Chicago, IL.; his siblings, Sheldon (Ellen) of Delray Beach, FL., Sydney and Edith; his sister-in-law Leah Bergen (late Richard); and also, Highland Park, Deerfield, Wilmette, Skokie and Arlington Heights.
