He is survived by: his wife Ilse; his children, Keith Ahronheim (Debbie Goldstein) and Gail Rubin; his grandchildren, Alan Rubin (Amy), Karen Williams (Wayne), Richard Ahronheim (Holly) and Rachel Ahronheim; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Julianna, Kayley, Liam and Benjamin.
