He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Melody McBeth (Sam) of Scotland, PA and Donald Allen of Hopewell, VA.; his nieces and nephews, Sean McBeth (Michelle), Tammy Armstrong (Michael), CJ Allen (Melanie) and GySgt Tessa Allen (Elizabeth); and his father Clifford Allen. He is also survived by his neighbors and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Stroke Association in Paul Allen's name.
