It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Koontz (South Daytona, Florida), born in Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Etta Koontz; his sons, Mark Koontz (Lynn) and Chris Koontz (Ashley); his grandchildren, Michelle Treadwell, Michael Koontz, Rochelle Koontz and Kalley Koontz; and his great grandchildren, Tripp Treadwell, Adalynn Treadwell and Abriella Koontz. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
