He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kanouff and Cora Kanouff (Woods); his former wife Ellen Shildhauer; his wife Mary Gass; and his son Charles.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anna Lansberry, Mildred Smeal, Martha Albert, Alice Babcock, Doyle Kanouff and Floyd Kanouff; and his children, Janice Haak of Albertville, AL. and Walter Kanouff (Kim) of South Daytona, FL.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
