She is survived by: her mother Florence Mae Shaffer (Norris); her sisters, Ruby Rhodes (Norris) and Evie McConnell (Norris); and her children, Cecil Shaffer Jr., David Shaffer (Toni), Vickie Borowitz (Jeffrey), Diane Lawley (Jim Rastetter) and Barbara Kichline (Allen Wyatt).
