He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Winsett and Alma Blake Winsett of South Daytona. He is survived by: his wife Brenda T. Culpepper; his daughters, Lisa R. Murray of Virginia and Erica W. Riggleman of North Carolina; and his stepdaughter Katasha Culpepper of Texas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
