She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald E Nicholson; and her husband Billy Ray McCormick. She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Nicholson Scott (David) and Donna Nicholson Ersek (George); her grandchildren, David Scott, Jr (Kimberly), Deborah Scott-Capps (Wesley) and Donald Christopher Scott; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Scott Cook (Adam), Kara Scott, Cassandra Capps, Alessandra Capps and Isabella Scott.

It was Betty's request that in lieu of flowers, a contribution be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
