He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmen Bolanos Chaves and Carlos Salazar; his children, William, Jr., Wanda, Laureen, Christopher and Kimberly; his siblings, Edwin, Lidiet, Wilbert, Margoth, Ivonne, Magali, Carlos, Gina, Maritza and Olga; and his grandchildren, Emily, Abbey, Nicolas, Devin, Emanuel, Daniel, Julien, Ethan, Kamila, Samuel, Samantha, Charlie and Isabella. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
