He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kleist; his daughters, Jolie Hoffmann (Cheri Miller) of Bloomington, IL and Amber Hoffmann of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Ronald Hoffmann (Bev) of Fort Myers, FL, Leon Hoffmann (Elaine) of Prior Lake, MN, Randy Hoffmann (Kris) of Mankato, MN, Linda Warner (Bob) of Monticello, MN, Ramona Zabel (Bob) of Rochester, MN, Debra Hanson (Dick) of Fort Myers, FL and Anita Yokiel (Dale) of Mankato, MN..
